In Texas hold’em, players create the best possible five-card hand using two cards from the hole and three community cards, which are dealt face up on the table. If a player makes a bet or raise that is less than the amount of the previous bet, he or she is bluffing. The first betting interval begins with the first player making a minimum bet. The player then has the option to make a second bet, raise, or check.
